Dover, Tenn.–The Eagle Fest planning committee in Dover had a productive meeting Monday, with new banners publicizing the annual festival displayed. Eagle Fest will be held the 3rd weekend in May and committee members thanked Ricky Price of Pepsi for the new banners.
