
Paris, Tenn.–The annual Battle of Paris Commemoration will be held this weekend, Friday and Saturday, at McNeill Park in Paris. The displays will be set up each day from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at McNeill Park, near the scene of the actual Battle of Paris March 11, 1862.
The event will feature living history of the Civil War and 19th Century time period. There will be reenactors, reproduction cannons, educational experts, relic displays and vendors. There also will be live cannon firings.
