Paris, Tenn.–The Paris Quota Club presented its scholarships to local students this week at its lunch meeting at The Lunch Room at the Paris Academy for the Arts. There are seven young women who received scholarships this year.
They are:
Audrey Hill is the daughter of Robert and Jennifer Hill. She will be a sophomore at the University of Tennessee Knoxville, majoring in Psychology with a minor in neuroscience.
Alyssa Martin is the daughter of Shaloy and Nelson Dale Martin. She will be a sophomore at University of Tennessee Martin, pursuing a Bachelors of Fine Arts (BFA) with a major in Visual Arts.
MaryClaire Palmer is the daughter of Bridget and Carleton Palmer. She will be a sophomore at Belmont University, majoring in Elementary Education with plans to become a teacher of English as a Second Language.
Amelia Northam is the daughter of Sharon Sabin and the late Christopher Northam. She will be a sophomore at University of Tennessee Knoxville, majoring in Materials Science and Engineering with a minor in German.
Shaelyn Freeman is the daughter of Ashley Chenoweth. She plans to attend Murray State University, majoring in Elementary Education with plans to teach mathematics.
Mattie Mc Cormick is the daughter of Leigh McCormick. She plans to attend the University of Tennessee Knoxville and major in Psychology as she plans to become a Child Psychiatrist.
Allie Paschall is the daughter of Amanda and Alan Paschall. She plans to attend University of Tennessee Martin, majoring in Agriculture Education
