Paris, Tenn.–Henry County Medical Center, its Ancillary Services, and its Medical Clinics are
currently having phone disruption and issues again today. There is currently no estimated time
as to when the system will be back up and running.
During this time, we are asking all phone calls be directed to 731-363-6237 if you have trouble
contacting them. This will ring to our Emergency Department Registration Staff and they will take
your name and number and relay information to the appropriate HCMC staff member or
department to assist you during this timeframe or they will direct your call to the department or
area you need. Additionally, the HCMC FindLine is available and accessible at 731-644-3463.
As always, if you are having a medical emergency, please dial 911 for assistance. Otherwise, all
calls will be directed to the number above.
