Paris, Tenn.–Noon on the Square–one of the most popular events in Paris–has been canceled for 2020 due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Commercial Bank & Trust Senior Vice President Clint David said the decision was made with regret, but is due to the pandemic and the potential risk of exposure during the event.
“Our employees look forward to this event each year and will miss the music, food, and friends that make Noon on the Square so much fun each September. Our hope and plans will be to return in 2021 with more great music to continue the tradition of Commercial Bank and Trust’s Noon on the Square,” he said.
Noon on the Square is an event in which local bands entertain every Friday on the court square.
