Paris, Tenn.–Wade Hays and Jonathan Lickert of Boy Scout Troop 28 pull a mulch-filled tarp to the front of the Historic Atkins-Porter Neighborhood Botanical Garden during a weekend project. The troop’s sponsoring organization, First United Methodist Church, is in the Atkins-Porter Neighborhood.
