Murray, Ky.–Earlier this month, the Murray Police Department held its annual No Shave November
contest. Captain John Cooper received the most votes for having the best beard, so he got to choose
the charity that received the donation. Captain Cooper chose to donate the money to Needline
which is an amazing organization in Murray that provides assistance to families in need in
Murray and Calloway County.
