Big Sandy’s own Tanner Hudson will be playing in the Super Bowl after Tampa Bay’s victory over the Green Bay Packers on Sunday.
Hudson is a 2013 Camden High graduate and plays tight end for Tampa Bay. He plays with special teams and has appeared in several games this season.
Tampa Bay will face the Kansas City Chiefs Sunday, February 7 at Tampa Bay.
Hudson’s mother, Karen and her brother Mike Baker made the long (and cold) trip to Green Bay to attend the game Sunday. Hudson’s father, Danny Hudson, passed away in November.
Hudson signed with the the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2018.
Hudson also is a former Southern Arkansas All-American tight end. He signed as an undrafted free agent shortly after the conclusion of the 2018 NFL Draft on Saturday night.
