Obion County, Tenn.–The TBI has announced that arrest warrants have been filed for the arrest of David Vowell on two counts of First Degree Murder.
Vowell, age 70, of Martin, is still being sought in the double homicide Monday of two young men at Reelfoot Lake. He is considered armed and dangerous.
The victims were identified as Chance Black, age 26, and Zachery Grooms, age 25, both of Weakley County.
