Paris, Tenn.–Saturday morning’s Atkins-Porter Neighborhood Clean Up in Paris was a definite success, with 750 pounds of trash picked up in the neighborhood by 13 volunteers. The event was sponsored by Keep Paris & Henry County Beautiful and the Atkins-Porter Neighborhood Association. With help from the Henry County’s litter program’s equipment, the group was even able to take some bulky items to the landfill. The A-P Neighborhood Clean Ups will be held each spring and fall.
