Paris, Tenn.–Kids couldn’t wait to be called on as they were learning all about science Wednesday from the popular Mr. Bond The Science Guy as part of the W.G. Rhea Library’s Summer Reading Program. Assisting Mr. Bond in the photo was Collins Davidson. Wednesday’s program was held at the Atkins-Porter Recreation Center to accommodate a larger crowd. Special programs are held each Wednesday, with next Wednesday at 10 a.m. to feature the PBS Nature Cat at the library. In addition this summer, there will be Special Reading Programs every Monday morning at 10:30 a.m. at the Atkins-Porter Botanical Garden. (Stacy Hayes photo).
