Champion Homes Donates AEDs To City Of Henry

henry-aeds

Henry, Tenn.–Thanks to Champion Homes of Dresden, the Henry Police Department has received AEDs that are ready for service.
Henry Mayor Dustin Odom said the generous folks at Champion Homes donated the AEDs after a patron at a local business suffered a heart emergency. AEDs are Automated External Defibrillators.
Odom said Henry Police will have the AEDs with them in their patrol cars at all times and that there will be an AED accessible to the community at Henry City Hall. If someone in the community has need for one, Odom said, “you can simply open the cabinet at city hall and pull the AED out. This AED is monitored by security cameras 24/7 and also has an alarm on them so be sure to return it back after use so others have access to it.”
Odom thanked Champion Homes for its donation, noting, “This is another tool in our tool box here in Henry.”
