Paris, Tenn.–Kids had a blast playing games and eating free ice cream at Tuesday night’s Ogburn Park Block Party for HeadStart/Rhea School Pre-K sign-ups at Paris. Froggy 103.7 was there with games and prizes, Rollin’ Snow was serving its shaved ice cream, and the Paris Fire Department was there.
