McKenzie, Tenn.–The city of McKenzie will open its arms to the Christmas spirit for Mistletoe Christmas from December 1-8. The week’s activities include the Big Jingle Parade Saturday night, several performances by Bethel’s Renaissance, luminary church walk, Santa’s reindeer at Veterans’ Park and carriage rides through downtown.
Activities begin Thursday, December 1 with gingerbread house making. Opening ceremonies are at 5 p.m. Friday, December 2. The McKenzie Fire Department also will be serving Fire House hili from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday.
