PARIS, TN – Franklin Matthew made his debut at HCMC on January 1, 2023, becoming this year’s New Year Baby. He was born in the Women’s Center of Henry County Medical Center at 6:53 a.m. to proud parents Ashley Orr and Justin Blankenship of Paris, TN.
Matthew Franklin weighed in at 8 pounds, 3 ounces and was 19.3 inches long. She was delivered by Dr. Pamela Evans of Paris Women’s Center and has six older siblings: Justin Blankenship, Jr.; Savannah Blankenship, Jacob Blankenship, Averiana Orr, Audrina Orr, and Victor Orr.
Per tradition, the family was presented a basket from Henry County Medical Center including baby items and a Wal-Mart gift card for delivering the first baby of the New Year at HCMC.
