The Henry County Sheriff’s Office and Paris Police Department will open storm shelters this afternoon. The following shelters will be open Inman, Harrelson, Henry and Lakewood. They will open at 3:30pm and remain open until the threat of severe weather has passed.
Sheriff Josh Frey said they also have decided to open the shelter at Rhea School at 5:30 a.m. once Kids’ Club is closed.
