Troy, Tenn.–Annie Kate Hensley, UTM student and Obion County Central High School alumni, has received the University Of Tennessee at Martin Carl Seale Student Teacher Award. Hensley utilized many dual enrollment opportunities at OCCHS and on May 6th, 2023, she will be graduating from UTM with her bachelor’s degree in just three years. She currently is student teaching at Black Oak in kindergarten. She also worked previously at Hillcrest.
