Mrs. Charlotte Wells Franklin, 69, a resident of the Pleasant Hill community, passed away Thursday, April 20, 2023, at her home.
Memorial services will be conducted 12:00 p.m. Saturday at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
