Murray, Ky.–A Murray woman was arrested after she was observed swerving on the roadway with numerous juveniles in the car.
An officer with the Murray Police Department observed a vehicle swerving on the roadway then partially leave the roadway multiple times. The officer conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and learned the vehicle was driven by Jennifer Oliver, age 39, of Murray.
Through investigation, Oliver was determined to have been operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and she had multiple juveniles in the vehicle with her at that time. As a result of the investigation, Oliver was arrested and charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol, 2 counts of Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree, and Reckless Driving.
