Huntingdon, Tenn.–A Carroll County Grand Jury has indicted a Carroll County man on a charge of murder.
Charles Johnson was indicted on a charge of First Degree Murder. He is accused of shooting David Wooley during an altercation at a home in Huntingdon in June.
A joint investigation by special agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, Carroll County Sheriff’s Office, and Huntingdon Police Department resulted in his arrest and he was held without bond since then.
