Union City, Tenn.–Organizers of the Obion County Fall Fest have announced that the 2023 Pride of Obion County are Dan and Julie Huggins.
Both were led to a ministry to help those in need in Obion County and with others, created The Bridge of West TN. After several years of experience in helping marginalized families, Refuge Church was born. The Huggins created a “ come as you are” atmosphere in a simple building that made it more comfortable for some to experience church.
The Bridge of West TN was formed in 2012 and is a ministry committed to serving single mothers living at or below the poverty line in our area with a focus on repairing relationships with God, self, and others.
The Fall Fest’s Pride of Obion County Luncheon is on Wednesday, October 18th at Discovery Park of America. Tickets are $20 per person or $150 for a table of 8 and are on sale now at the Obion County Public Library.
