Atwood TN: The Annual Centennial Bank Middle School Football All-Star Game is set for kickoff at 6:00pm on Saturday, November 4 at West Carroll Junior Senior High School in Atwood. Players from 21 West Tennessee Middle Schools will compete in the contest that attracts fans from across the region.
“This is a great opportunity to showcase top talent from area middle school programs,” said West Carroll High School Head Football Coach, Clayton Morris. “These players have earned their spot in the All-Star Game, and we are looking forward to seeing them on the field!”
The game will feature the North Team vs. the South Team. This year, the North Team will be coached by the Lake County Middle School staff while the South Team will be led by coaches from Henderson Co. North.
The North Team will consist of players from Dresden, McKenzie, Union City, Greenfield, Martin, Lake County, Milan, Trenton Rosenwald, Gibson County, Crockett County, West Carroll & Hillcrest.
The South Team will be made up of players from Lexington Middle School, Henderson County North, Henderson Count South, Decatur County, Stewart County, Huntingdon, Paris-Inman, Linden, Waverly, Camden, and Hardin County.
In addition to the football action, each team will be supported by All-Star Cheerleader Teams made up of cheerleaders selected from area schools.
