Patsy Kirk Evans, 67, of Springville, Tennessee, died Thursday, January 11, 2024, at Murray Calloway County Hospital in Murray, Kentucky.
Patsy was born Monday, December 10, 1956, in Murray, Kentucky, to the late Pat L. Kirk and Dorothy Schroeder Kirk, of Murray, Kentucky.
Patsy was a Christian by faith.
She retired as a teller at Commercial Bank & Trust Company in Paris.
She formerly worked at Emerson Electric. Patsy loved her grandchildren and her granddogs.
She enjoyed traveling, being around the water and spending time with her friends and family.
Patsy set a goal to visit all 50 states and was able to visit over 40.
She was married, Sunday, December 28, 1975, to Robert Michael “Mike” Evans, who survives of Springville, Tennessee.
Along with her husband, she is also survived by two children: Tiffany Evans (Billy Fields), of Springville, Tennessee, and Michael Paul (Stephanie) Evans, of Springville, Tennessee; four sisters, Sheila Kirk, of Murray, Kentucky, Tonya (Tommy) Dexter, of Benton, Kentucky, Sabrina (Frank “Pee Wee”) Street, of Benton, Kentucky, Mitzi (Brad) Bray, of Puryear, Tennessee; two sisters-in-laws: Donna (Derrell) Barker, of Paris, Tennessee, and Marianne (Johnny) Allen, of Paris, Tennessee; two grandchildren: Elle Evans, and Presley Evans; and her two granddogs: Kilo and Sigmund.
Arrangements were handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, Tennessee.
Visitation was held Saturday, January 13, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Ridgeway Funeral Home and after 12:00 noon Sunday January 14, 2024, until the service time at 2:00 p.m., with Randy Stephens officiating.
Burial followed in Poplar Grove Cemetery.
