Aggravated Littering Draws Arrest In Stewart County

Stewart County, Tenn.–You can’t get away with littering in Stewart County. Sheriff Frankie Gray, Deputy Johnny Law and Deputy Zach Grizzard investigated two littering incidents, both of which were found to be caused by the same individual. On Wednesday June 25th on the Trace; and Thursday June 26th on Walnut Grove and Hwy. 232. Deputy Johnny Law arrested Daniel Hahn, age 41, of Clarksville on Thursday and charged him with aggravated littering and driving on an expired license. The Sheriff’s Office reminds everyone to tie down their trash when transporting it and please report any littering you might see to the Sheriff’s Office.
