
Paris, Tenn.–Public Utilities Week continues in Paris with the Canned Food Drive sponsored by the Paris Board of Public Utilities.
Bring non-perishable food donations to the designated vehicle in the parking lot behind Paris BPU and Commercial Bank from October 7 – 10. All donations will be matched by Paris BPU and Commercial Bank.
Also ongoing is the Banner Selfie Hunt. Find the BPU banner hidden at a local business, snap a selfie, and post it with #mybpubanner2025 (see our page for daily hints + the full list of guidelines). Four winners will be selected at the end of the week to receive a $50 Paris BPU gift certificate. You can keep up with the contest on the BPU Facebook page.
The annual Community Cookout was held Wednesday, with free hot dog lunches served to everyone and live music from Randall French and Ray Lewis.
