Paris, Tenn.–It was a great day for the Henry County Schools Special Olympics flag football team, which won the State Championship over the weekend. The Special Olympics Tennessee Fall Games Flag Football championship was held at Murfreeboro and the Henry County team won four out of five games to capture the state championship. Teacher Jammie Adkisson said, “What a day! HC Patriots Special Olympics brought home the gold! I am so proud of these young men and young ladies!
