Due to a few members of the neighborhood in which this grant is planned (Royal Oak
& Fairgrounds Rd) being in opposition to this project, the future direction of this project
needs to be discussed. A brief recap of this project, including how much has been spent
on it to date, and potential options for moving forward will be presented.
