Paris, Tenn.–Over 30 unique and beautiful trees are all set up and just waiting for the public to view them at the annual Festival of Trees in The Old Paris 5&10 Event Center on West Washington St. As always, the displays feature both tall and small trees and plenty of creativity.

The public can start viewing the trees Monday, November 24, from noon to 4 p.m. and winners will be announced at the Paris-Henry County Coffee at 8 a.m. Tuesday, November 25. The hours this year are from noon to 4 p.m. Mondays through Fridays; 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays and 2-4 p.m. Sundays until December 14.

Hundreds of local businesses, civic organizations, churches and individuals have all shown off their tree-trimming skills through the years, giving a holiday glow to the downtown area.

The festival isn’t just a colorful collection of holiday trees — it’s also a competition, with awards and bragging rights available in three separate categories.

A People’s Choice award will be voted on throughout the festival, with the winner announced after the close of the event on Dec. 14.
