
Martin, Tenn.–Former Martin Mayor Randy Brundige, his daughter Natalie Brundige and Martin Economic Development Director Brad Thompson issued ‘not guilty’ pleas during an arraignment Monday morning in Weakley County Circuit Court.
Their pleas were accepted by Judge Jeff Parham, who set their next court date for February 9 2026.
The trio have been charged with theft of property and official misconduct.
As reported earlier, Brundige resigned Friday. Vice Mayor David Belote is serving as Mayor.
A special meeting of the Martin Board of Aldermen has been set for Tuesday, November 24 to discuss Thompson’s continued employment.
