Chattanooga, Tenn.–Congratulations to Westview High School’s Chargers, the 2025 BlueCross Bowl Division I Class 3A Football Champions. The Chargers beat Gatlinburg-Pittman 62-21. Westview’s quarterback, Graham Simpson, was named MVP.
Simpson is the younger brother of Alabama’s QB Ty Simpson and is known for his record-breaking performance
- Notable Achievements (Dec 2025 State Championship):
- Set TSSAA championship records for passing yards (566) and touchdown passes (7).
- Threw a record-tying 7 touchdown passes and rushed for another, totaling 8 TDs in the game.
- Had a 99-yard touchdown pass, the longest in championship history.
