Springville, Tenn.–The Tennessee National Wildlife Refuge in Springville is well underway with its winter waterfowl banding program using rocket nets. On Monday morning, the US Fish and Wildlife Service biologist had an unusual catch of a hybrid between a green-winged teal and a gadwall.
