Gabriele “Gabi” Middleton, age 61 of Paris, TN, passed away on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at her residence.
Gabi was born in Germany on August 7, 1964, to the late Helga Graffner Kollmann, and Manfred Kollmann, who survives of Paris, TN.
She found joy in music, gardening, cooking, and attending motorcycle and car races. She was honored as the Hostess Princess for the 1982 World’s Biggest Fish Fry. She cherished her family and friends and the time spent together, especially with her Monday Night Prayer Group.
Gabi is survived by one daughter, Morgan (Dejuan Vaughn) Middleton of Paris, TN; three bonus daughters, Marcia Wimberley, Natalie Thurmond, and Lydia Flowers; one brother, Bernd (Sara) Kollmann of Paris, TN; five grandchildren, Kaden Hillard, Kyla Henshall, Hendrix Vaughn, Evelyn Vaughn, and Cruz Vaughn; four nieces, Tiffany Goff, Ashley Kollmann, Kinsey Revel, and Kaitlyn Kollmann; and one nephew, Austin Harris.
Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street, Paris, TN, 38242, is handling the arrangements. Her remains are to be cremated with a memorial visitation to be held Friday, January 16, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Ridgeway Funeral Home. A memorial service will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 16, 2025, at Ridgeway Funeral Home.
Serving as honorary pallbearers will be the Monday Night Prayer Group.
