
Tipton County, Tenn.–A Memphis woman has landed in the Tipton County jail charged for her role in the home invasion/murder of Corey Webb.
Tipton County Sheriff’s detectives formally charged Haleah Denise Brooks, age 19, of 7612 Comstock Cove in Memphis, with First Degree Murder, Especially Aggravated Robbery and Especially Aggravated Burglary. Brooks is being held without bond and will appear before General Sessions Judge M.O. Eckel on January 8th, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
“As we said yesterday, we will leave no stone unturned and this is still an active and ongoing investigation,” said Sheriff Shannon Beasley. “We will continue interviewing witnesses and/or potential suspects to make sure anyone with involvement in this crime goes to jail. Plain and simple…if you had anything to do with this murder, we are going to hunt you down and do our best to send you to prison. Our work is not finished yet!”
