One of three Union City High School seniors will be crowned 2026 Basketball Homecoming Queen at halftime of the boys’ game between the Tornadoes and Peabody on Friday night.
Ca’Lae Ervin, daughter of Lotoya Morris and Aaron Morris, La’Kiyah Gordon, daughter of Brittany Taylor, LaToya Bellamy and Bobby Gordan, and Rylee Stone, daughter of Amy and Ryan Stone are candidates for the honor.
The remainder of the court is set, and will include:
Freshman Princess: Rylan Ali Bondurant, Daughter of Courtney and Dylan Bondurant
Sophomore Princess: Alli McMillan, Daughter of Paige McMillan and Kevin McMillan
Junior Princess: Blair McKinnis, Daughter of Tabitha and Jon McKinnis
Additionally, the UCHS football program will have a surplus of previously worn game jerseys, T-shirts, and other keepsakes/memorabilia on sale at the admission gate at reduced prices.
Head coach Wade Maddox said items from several eras would be available on a first-come basis, including home and away jerseys, with some items brand new.
All proceeds from the purge will go to the football program.
