Huntingdon, Tenn.–The Carroll County Chamber of Commerce hosted its annual Capitol Talk event on Friday, January 16, 2026, featuring State Representative Brock Martin. During this event, the Chamber honored Colonel James Harding with the Distinguished Career and Leadership Award in recognition of his outstanding contributions to both our country and Carroll County.
