Stewart County, Tenn.–The roads in Stewart County and beyond are obviously still very dangerous and will not improve significantly over the next few days, as the temperatures keep dropping. Sheriff Frankie Gray would like to remind everyone that the Sheriff’s Office offers a prescription medicine pickup and delivery service for senior citizens and individuals with disabilities. The Sheriff has now expanded the pickup to include anyone who has or needs prescriptions ready for pickup. If you are in need of this service,contact the pharmacy,and they will notify the Sheriff’s Office for delivery. A Deputy or the Sheriff will deliver your medicine to you. Please DO NOT take unnecessary risks due to falls or having an accident. Stay warm and safe!!!
