Northwest Tennessee – Northwest Tennessee Tourism Association (NWTTA) has released a brand-new destination video celebrating the region’s signature theme, “Small Towns, Big Experiences.” A year in the making, the new video invites travelers to take a fresh look at Northwest Tennessee through a fast-paced, story-driven tour of standout attractions, eats, and outdoor adventure.
This regional video project was produced through a collaboration with Adelsberger Marketing (Jackson, TN) and Crove Media (Paris, TN), combining strategic destination marketing with cinematic storytelling and local creative talent.
The video features six locations across Northwest Tennessee:
Discovery Park of America — Union City, TN
Crown Winery — Humboldt, TN
Southland Safari Cabin Rentals & Guided Tours — Yuma, TN
Reelfoot Lake & Southshore Resort — Samburg, TN
The Grind Mac & Cheese Burger Bar — Martin, TN
Eiffel Tower Splash Park — Paris, TN
The main character is Townes Boyd of Paris, TN, a sophomore at Bethel University in McKenzie, TN, and a member of the university’s Renaissance program. The video follows Boyd through a snapshot of the region’s offerings showcasing how Northwest Tennessee pairs memorable, high-quality experiences with the welcoming, authentic charm of small-town communities.
“This video marks an exciting step forward for Northwest Tennessee,” said Kasey Muench, Executive Director of the Northwest Tennessee Tourism Association. “Our goal is to grab attention in key drive markets and spark that moment of ‘Wait… that’s in Northwest Tennessee?’ Whether you’re coming for family fun, wildlife, a weekend getaway, or a great meal, we want visitors to see just how much our corner of the state has to offer, and then come experience it for themselves.”
A Launchpad for What’s Next
NWTTA emphasized that this video is part of a bigger, ongoing effort to promote all nine counties of Northwest Tennessee.
“Any single video can only capture a snapshot of a region this diverse,” Muench added. “This project is a starting point, and we’re excited about what comes next.” NWTTA looks forward to developing additional content and future video projects that continue to showcase more communities, more stories, and more experiences across Northwest Tennessee as we advance our mission to promote the entire region.
