Helping Hand Radio Auction Now At $279,880

Paris, Tenn.–With the $5,435 raised today, the overall total so far for the Henry County Helping Hand Radio Auction is at $279,880. Today’s items were donated by Easton’s Angels, Thriving at Home Senior Care, HCHS Baseball Boosters, REAL Hope Youth Center, and Salvation Army.

Auctioneer was Wendy Barnhart and the Paris Rotary members manned the phones.

Saturday will be an especially busy day, with First United Methodist Church holding both an afternoon and evening auction. Darrin Thompson will be auctioneer of the afternoon auction, with the Springhill Baptist Church & Friends manning the phones. In the evening, Doug Taylor will be auctioneer for the in-house auction.
