Bonnie Mae Beaver

Bonnie Mae McAdoo Beaver, age 81, of Puryear, Tennessee passed away on Friday, February 20, 2026 at her residence. Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M.  on Sunday, February 22, 2026, at McEvoy Funeral Home with Bro. Cliff Evans to officiate. Burial will follow the service in Memorial Cemetery with family members to serve as pallbearers.

Visitation with the family is scheduled on Sunday, after 12:00 P.M. until time of service.

Bonnie McAdoo Beaver was born August 11, 1944 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late George Oliver McAdoo, Sr. and the late Anna Mae Anderson McAdoo. She married Clifford R. Beaver, Sr. on June 18, 1961 and he survives in Puryear. Bonnie is also survived by daughters, Tammy Middleton, Juanita (Gerry) Cagle, Gala Matheny, Tina (Larry) Matthews, all of Paris; Clifford Beaver, Jr. of Paris; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grands; sisters, Joan Lynchard of Hot Springs, Arkansas, Carol Stevens of Connecticut, and Janet McAdoo of Florida; brothers, George O. (Sandra) McAdoo, II and Bobby McAdoo, both of Cleveland, Ohio; also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

Mrs. Beaver was a faithful Christian and member of New Bethel Baptist Church. She worked as an inspector at Markel Lighting, formerly of Paris. Bonnie enjoyed camping, fishing, and crocheting. She loved time with her Lord, her church family and most especially time with her own family.
