
Paris, Tenn.–Today was another good day for the Henry County Helping Hand Radio Auction, with $14,627 raised, bringing the overall total to $328,661 so far.
There were 18 slates of items and donations came from the 4-H Clubs of Henry County; Future Farmers of America, Henry Co. No Fly Zone, Young Farmers and Ranchers, and rescheduled Carroll Bank & Trust, First Bank, Foundation Bank and Regions.
Auctioneer Amy Veazey said, “We had a great audience and great response from our bidders on the phones”. Manning the phones were members of the Athena Delphian group.
Tuesday items will be donated by: Como/Ore Springs, BPU, the city of Paris, Project Help and rescheduled Paris Elementary School and Rhea Elementary.
Wednesday: Springhill Baptist and VanDyke/Routon communities.
