Paris, Tenn.–There was a full house for the Paris Quota International Women’s Day program Saturday at the Paris Convention Center. Paris Mayor Kathy Ray–the first female mayor of Paris– spoke first, telling the audience: “Believe in you. You decide what kind of day you’re going to have. Get involved with your community. Do something for someone else every day. That’s going to make you happier, too.” Kayla Nation welcomed everyone to the program, which included talks from Meg Morgan Hays, former Parisian, two-time bestselling author, and nationally recognized inspirational speaker; Paula Bell, CEO of West Tennessee Healthcare Henry County Hospital; and Wendy Wynn, Floating Lotus Wellness Center, Paris.
