Paris, Tenn.–There was a full house for the Paris Quota International Women’s Day program Saturday at the Paris Convention Center. Paris Mayor Kathy Ray–the first female mayor of Paris– spoke first, telling the audience: “Believe in you. You decide what kind of day you’re going to have. Get involved with your community. Do something for someone else every day.
