McKenzie, Tenn.–A huge crowd of happy youngsters was on hand at McKenzie’s Eggstravaganza Saturday. Hundreds of Easter eggs were waiting for them at City Park and according to Monica Heath, “There are so many people who worked behind the scenes to make this event happen, first, our sponsors Allegion, Centennial Bank, and The Chamber of Commerce and Industrial Development Board of McKenzie, TN. There’s Bethel University Football, McKenzie City Park and Recreation, and all of our wonderful vendors who show up year after year. We also thank The Silly Goose Children’s Shop for the prize baskets, Lambda Sigma, STEA – Student Teacher Education Association, BSU – Black Student Union for arts and crafts and face painting.
