Tiptonville, Tenn.–Reelfoot Lake State Park Ranger Brandon Ransom demonstrated the all-terrain wheelchair for the people at the Ridgely and Tiptonville Senior Centers.
This specialized wheelchair is designed to provide greater access to the boardwalk, aviaries, Visitor’s Center and Nature Center free of charge.
