Paris, Tenn.–Heavy rain early Saturday morning prompted the World’s Biggest Fish Fry Car & Bike Show to delay starting until 10 a.m., but plenty of people displayed their vehicles, old and new. The original and creative trophies were made by students at the Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT) Henry/Carroll.
