Annie Louise Crawford Wall, age 91 of Springville, TN, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at her residence.
She was born in Henry County, TN, on December 31, 1934, to the late Elbert Capps and the late Annie Ray Capps.
Annie married Thomas Hugh Crawford on June 24, 2016. Annie and Thomas were high school sweethearts who reunited after 62 years. Thomas survives of Springville, TN.
She graduated from Cottage Grove School before moving with her family to Michigan. She spent 29 years with Ford Motor Company before retiring from the Chesterfield plant.
Annie loved working crossword puzzles, reading magazines, shopping, watching Wheel of Fortune, and getting her hair and nails done. She especially cherished talking with her family on the phone and spending time with loved ones and visitors. Annie was known to always take a copy of the Paris Post Intelligencer with her for pictures on trips with her family.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Jackie Polly of Springville, TN, Johanna (Curtis) Tonak of Clarksville, TN, and Colleen (Don) Wall of Marysville, MI; five stepchildren, Danny (Anne) Wall of Washington Township, MI, Joe Wall of Romulus, MI, Debbie (Joe) Novak of Romulus, MI, Donald (Lori) Crawford, and Lisha (Tom) Crawford-McDonough; grandchildren, John (Nicki) Polly, Jamie Nasto, Chad (Grace) Sturdivant, Justin (Shaylyn) Wall, Laura Wall, Danielle (Christopher) Schroeder, Kelly (Clint) Conant, Kristopher Richardson, and Brittany Wall; and great-grandchildren, Alexis, Ella, Aris, Kinsley, Marley, Sierra, Adalynn, Giana, Lily, Rylee, Emery, Lexi, Allea, Vivianne, Sawyer, and Wyatt; sisters-in-law, Jackie Palmer, Norma Capps, and Jan Wall; and a brother in law, Robert (Kate) Wall.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Jack Sturdivant; second husband of 46 years, William O. Wall; one stepchild, Marty Wall; and two brothers, Ray (Maggie) Capps and Roy Capps; and two brothers in law, Tom Wall and Bob Palmer.
Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street, Paris, TN, 38242, is handling the arrangements. Visitation is scheduled for Monday, May 4, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Ridgeway Funeral Home. A funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. officiated by Bobby Sanders.
Burial will follow at VanDyke Church of Christ Cemetery with Chad Sturdivant, John Polly, Weston Capps, Kenny Capps, and Scott Capps serving as pallbearers.
Justin Wall will serve as an honorary pallbearer.
