Buchanan, Tenn.—Over 600 people from all over the region participated in Saturday’s annual Water Fun Run sponsored by the Paris-Henry County Chamber of Commerce. Chamber Executive Director Travis McLeese said the event would not have been possible without the 60 volunteers who dealt cards, checked people in, stamped sheets at Marinas, worked party boats, sold shirts, organized coins, and really just did what ever was needed to make the event successful. Winners of best draw were Freddie Medlin and Rex Hawkins, who won $500 each. McLeese also thanked the marinas for the work they put into it to host all the visitors. (Chamber photo).
