Another Extensive Search Conducted For Samantha Speery In Graves Co.

Graves Co., Ky.–On Monday morning, law enforcement officials, fire and rescue crews, and volunteers on horseback, conducted another extensive search of an area near the Kaler community of Graves County for Samantha Speery, who has been missing for a year.
Samantha Sperry was 25 when she went missing on March 28, 2018. She was last seen at a home in Symsonia.
Sheriff Jon Hayden said numerous local law enforcement agencies have joined the investigation as well as state and federal law enforcement agencies and officials.

At a law enforcement meeting last week where a task force of officers were named to collectively work on this ongoing investigation, numerous objectives were identified, one of which included another search to be conducted of this area.
Crews conducted searches on foot, on ATV’s, and horseback throughout the day.
Agencies participating in the search included the Graves, Calloway, and McCracken Sheriff’s Offices, detectives with the Kentucky State Police, Mayfield Police Department, Mayfield – Graves Co Fire, Graves Co. Rescue, Calloway County Rescue, and Graves Co. Office of Emergency Management.
This was a continuation of efforts that are underway to help solve this case.
Sheriff Hayden said, “We again ask for anyone with information to please contact us, and we want to thank those that have already reached out to us.”
