Martin, Tenn.–Martin Police are investigating a shots-fired incident which occurred on Christmas Eve.
According to Assistant Police Chief Phillip Fuqua, officers were called to 157 Meadowbrook Drive a little after 10 p.m. Christmas Eve and a female victim told them she was laying on the couch when she heard what sounded like three or four gunshots.
Officers found a bullet had traveled through the door and across the living room, through a wall into a closet and out the other side. It was lodged in the back of the refrigerator and Fuqua said the intact bullet was collected for evidence.
Police also found evidence of three bullets that had hit the brick on the front of the house.
