Paris, Tenn.—While in Paris on Thursday, Congressman David Kustoff took a tour of the local business at the forefront of the war against Asian Carp—North American Caviar, Inc. Kustoff thanked Owners Clay and Christel Young for the tour, noting that increased federal regulations are harmful to local small businesses like theirs and that he appreciated learning how he can continue to roll back the red tape. North American Caviar is a licensed wholesale fish and caviar dealer and Asian Carp processing and packaging plant in Paris. Since its inception in 2019, the company and its commercial fishermen have removed 1.6 M pounds of Asian Carp from Kentucky and Barkley Lakes.
