Our readers and listeners have been noticing big changes lately, with all our area radio stations now being served with a combined website at RadioNWTN.com.

Over the weekend, listeners of WMUF also will have noticed a huge change there—WMUF is now known as Big Henry with call letters WHNY. It is airing at 104.7 and 97.5. The format will be Real Country, featuring music by George Strait, Garth Brooks, Travis Tritt, Reba and other artists.

The radio stations included in RadioNWTN.com are: WENK, WTPR, the Froggy Stations in Union City and Dyersburg WWGY and WZGY, Rocky 105.5 (formerly WRQR), WLZK the Lake, WHDM, and WHNY (Big Henry).

The new website will expand our already large area coverage. The former website at WENK/WTPR had an average of 120,000 visitors each week and with the expanded website that traffic has greatly increased. The website is at www.radionwtn.com.

The website is easy to navigate, with local news sections divided into coverage areas, including Paris, Union City, McKenzie, Dyersburg and more, making it easy for visitors to find the news you are seeking. It also includes sections for Community Events, Concerts, national news, entertainment and more.

We continue to post stories all day also on two Facebook pages: our old Facebook site at WENK/WTPR and at our new one at RadioNWTN.

You also have seen these changes to our radio stations:

WENK in Union City and WTPR in Paris split February 1, with the formats the same for each. WENK will continue transmitting its morning show with David Robey. WTPR will be launching a new morning show with long-time radio personality Lance Pierce.

Froggy 99.3 WWGY will transmit from Union City, with Froggy 94.3 WZGY in Dyersburg.

Rocky 105.5 will be the new face of WRQR and will feature Classic Rock such as Aerosmith, Led Zeppelin, Van Halen, Lynyrd Skynyrd and others.

94.1 WLZK has not changed musically, however the station is new home of The Ace & TJ Show.

The stations are owned by Forever Communications.
